We’re thrilled to welcome Seattle Times’ 2024 Best Chef, Nicholas Ames, to Prohibition Cellars for a truly special evening of food and wine. This intimate, five-course pop-up dinner will feature Chef Ames’ thoughtful, seasonal dishes—each one paired with our wines, curated to complement and elevate every bite.

With just 20 seats available, this is a rare chance to slow down, savor, and enjoy a full evening in the company of both the chef and winemaker. Both will be there, sharing the stories and inspiration behind the food and wine for a night to remember.
