The Seasonal Table is our new seasonal dining series, bringing together thoughtfully crafted cuisine and handcrafted Washington wines in the barrel room of our working winery.

Each dinner features a menu created by Chef Mauricio Sanchez, inspired by the freshest ingredients at the height of the season. Every course is paired with Prohibition Cellars wines thoughtfully selected to complement the cuisine, creating a dining experience where food and wine are in perfect harmony.

Throughout the evening, Chef Mauricio will introduce each course and share the inspiration behind the menu, while winemaker Sandor Faludi offers insight into each wine pairing. Together, they create an engaging and relaxed evening that celebrates the artistry of both food and winemaking.
